Polti Cimex Eradicator Dry Steam Bed Bug Killer
The Polti Cimex Eradicator is the technological and ecological solution for the elimination of bed bugs in homes, hotels, cars, and all infested locations.
For field tests, real infestation contexts were selected, such as hotels and private homes, which were treated with superheated dry steam. The results obtained during this experiment were particularly positive. Unlike chemical products that require at least two to three interventions for total disinfestation, the use of superheated dry steam made it possible to completely sanitize the treated rooms by intervening only two to three times.
During laboratory tests, we artificially reproduced the most common contamination sites using several types of materials (wood, fabric, metal, etc.), on which adult insects, nymphs, and larvae (life stage test) or fertilized females (egg stage test) were distributed. A single pass of superheated dry steam at a speed of 10 cm/second eliminated all eggs present and an extremely high percentage of adult insects and larval stages.

HP MED SANITIZER
The disposable HPMed bottle connects under the dispenser. HPMed is an adjuvant in the sanitizing action of steam. The superheated, dry steam mixes with the HPMed sanitizer, which then reaches the least accessible places on any surface. Thanks to the properties of its formula, HPMed is also effective against unpleasant odors. The mixture of steam and HPMed can also be used in the presence of humans.

To effectively use the Polti Cimex Eradicator in the fight against bed bugs, start by carefully preparing the infested areas. Ensure you clean and declutter the surfaces to be treated, thus facilitating access to places where bed bugs generally hide, such as cracks in walls, mattresses, and furniture.
Once the premises are prepared, adjust the device according to the surfaces to be treated. The Cimex Eradicator is equipped with specific settings to adapt to different surfaces and materials.
Next, begin treating the infested areas using the steam generated by the Cimex Eradicator. Pass the device slowly over the affected surfaces, paying particular attention to places where bed bugs are most likely to hide.
Textiles such as sheets, pillows, and curtains can also be treated with the Cimex Eradicator. Apply steam to these items to eliminate bed bugs and their larvae, ensuring you treat all textiles likely to be contaminated to avoid reinfestation.
During use of the device, carefully follow the safety instructions provided by the manufacturer. Wear protective gloves and avoid any direct contact with hot steam to prevent burns. After use, properly ventilate the treated areas to eliminate any accumulation of steam.
Finally, to maintain a healthy and hygienic environment, use the Cimex Eradicator regularly, especially in high-risk areas. Regular treatment will help prevent future infestations and ensure continuous protection against bed bugs.
