Electronic Termite Detection Kit

DESCRIPTION

What is Halo Termites?

- Halo Termites is an electronic detection kit that alerts you to the presence of termites.

- Halo Termites provides visual proof that termites are effectively threatening your home. It consists of "scouts" that are planted in the ground, and their deterioration by termites activates the electronic system they house.

Kit contents:

- 15 detection grips containing an electronic device associated with wood (a species particularly appetizing to termites)

- 1 electronic detection grip used to check for the presence of termites in the stations + 1 9-volt battery

- 1 auger, adaptable to a drill, used to dig the hole in which the detection stations are inserted

Halo stations are guaranteed for 1 year, but their lifespan depends on the composition and activity of the soil. Consequently, it can vary between 1 and 3 years.

What to do if termites are detected?

If termites are detected, a curative treatment is necessary. Given the biology and behavior of these pests, only qualified professionals are authorized to provide treatment and long-term protection for buildings. Authorized SENTRI TECH applicators have received extensive training from Dow AgroSciences to ensure the elimination of the colony present on the site. The SENTRI TECH bait control process presents no risk to the environment or health. Its implementation respects the integrity of the building.

Halo TERMITES is 100% refunded if a SENTRI TECH treatment is implemented *.

*Subject to acceptance by an authorized SENTRI TECH applicator and upon presentation of proof of purchase. Discount applied to the price of the SENTRI TECH treatment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Installation:

Dig inserts into the ground using the auger provided for this purpose every 3 meters around your home and insert the stations up to the cover. Choose their future location so that they can be easily checked.

Detection:

Place the control grip on the exposed part of the stations. If the light remains green: no termites in sight.

However, if it turns red, the termites are there.

Inspect every quarter or every month in case of hot and humid weather.
